Power Moves was created to be more than just a gym. It's a space where women and girls (ages 12+) come to build strength that lasts—strength they carry with them long after the workout ends. We believe the weight you lift here makes everything outside these walls feel a little lighter.
Our goal? To create an environment where stepping into the gym feels less like stepping out of your comfort zone—and more like stepping into your power.

Power Moves offers a variety of training options to meet you where you are and help you build strength you can carry with you everywhere.
Group Classes: From strength-focused sessions to heart-pumping cardio, our group classes combine expert programming with a supportive, empowering vibe.
Small Group Training: Get personalized coaching in a small group setting, with focused strength, cardio, and hybrid workouts designed to push you toward your goals.
Personal Training: One-on-one sessions tailored to your needs, whether you're building a foundation or chasing new PRs.
Power Programs: Guided 6-8 week programs like pull-up progressions or lower body strength training that you can follow in open gym or at home. Each program includes a Power Moves Journal with reflective prompts to track your progress, celebrate wins, and stay connected to your 'why.'
Open Gym: Access our brand-new equipment during designated hours to train on your own, following a program or just moving your way.
